Artists to Look VIII

Being a guest artist is fun when meeting visitors who wants to know what I can do and give some insight to. But it is also fun when meeting other guest artists so I wanted to know what they can do and getting some insight from them.

During the 1st Monsters International exhibition, I met up with three of the guest artists (all homegrown/resides in Montreal) who share their creativity in different mediums.

Curious Little Bird

The mindset of 3D artist Melanie Audet, these furry little creatures are the latest craze for kids and adults alike. And these are not just ordinary like most plush dolls, they are special beings that only Miss Audet can create, the kind that were made 100% recycled materials; a great find for those who care for the world. You can buy them online, and check out her blog:

SampanInk

Peaks of experimental styles and colours onto great canvases coming out of visual artist Marie-Noëlle Wurm. Vaudevillian in style, explosions of colours, and vast imagination of shapes and forms, Wurm creates spontaneous beauty in each of her artworks, from paintings and drawings to graphic books and little crafts.
